My haul from the show?
I think I did well (plus a hellebore poster from Heronswood)!

I still plan to tell you about the two great lectures I attended. Stay tuned!
Thank you so much for these posts and photos, Gotta Garden - I saw a story about the Philadelphia Flower Show in the NYTimes this morning and once again thought how wonderful it would be to attend some year.
ReplyDeleteAnd the black shirt looks great with the green logo - plus, unlike the white versions, it will still look good after encounters with potting soil.
Annie at the Transplantable Rose
Hi annie! I so appreciate your comment! It was a really fun time. Unfortunately, that isn't a shirt, but an apron. Shirts sell out very fast, apparently, but not aprons! Besides, I like aprons!
ReplyDeleteThanks for coming by!
How interesting to see the different interpretations of "Gardens of Ireland!" You did have more colors than we did, it appears... but still lots of pink and yellow!
ReplyDeleteHow did I miss you, black_swamp girl?? I'm so glad to hear from you! Isn't that just amazing?? Lol! I think I already did a bit on the Dublin Botanical Gardens (speaking of real Ireland...lol), but I still have some of St. Stephen's Green...from last May...we could compare...real Ireland vs. garden show(s)...hmmm? lol! Just for fun!
ReplyDeleteStill, when we're cold and longing for spring, we'll take just about anything with flowers!
